Gator Bluefish

Fished a half day with a regular, Kyle, Sunday afternoon. We ran in to a school of giant Bluefish. Caught 4 of them with this one the biggest at 18lbs. Fishing the ebb tide hasn’t been nearly as good as the flood tide but these fish changes the game. Every one was bigger than the next. These guys were official tackle breakers. Anyway, they were up and down pretty much the entire ebb tide. Also that same day caught a limit of big Seabass and even though that’s not my regular thing for a top water fly fishing or sport-fishing trip I know where to find em. Along with that we also got a 21” Blackfish. Bad tide turned good I’d say. I’ll be fishing Kyle again soon and we are sure to blast them again.
