Gorgeous Weather and lots of Albies.

Fished with Don from Suburban Hartford today. Decided to fish the morning ebb tide so we were on the water before 8am.  Truth is it was a cold start with the temp in the high 40’s but as soon as the sun was up it warmed into a gorgeous day…..light breeze and 70 degrees.   Found fish 2 minutes from the dock where Don caught a jumbo False Albie (his first on a boat although he caught one at the Cape from shore many years ago) within minutes of getting on the boat.  From there it was ‘Kathy Bar the Door’ as we found fish in virtually every spot.  I’m including a picture below of one of the fish my fisherman Don got today……..really a ‘super first fish’. Anyway we ended catching 8 and wore Don out. Nothing I like better than taking a fisherman home tired and sore from catching fish.  Albies are in big time so let’s go fishing.
