Fished yesterday with a Father & 11 year old son duo from Farmington CT. The father, Nathan, is an experienced fisherman and the son was as experienced as an 11 year of can be. The day started out windy and only got worse as it went along. By the end of the afternoon all three of us were soaked & cold BUT satisfied that we really hammered the bluefish on the fly and light tackle. We fished 3 New York reefs all day and found fish everywhere we went. Don’t know how many fish but really more than I could keep count of. A very nice day and kudos to this team for sticking it out with the wind and waves.
